i have a very heavy masculine square WIDE jaw and a under bite that needs to be corrected,with moving my lower jaw forward a little.i currently have a side profile like bart simpson-under bite.i also want to make my jaw line narrower.jaw shaving surgery is very invasive and requires alot of down time and is painfal.i am considering bottox to be injected into the masseter muscle to slim the jaw line .can i do this procedure first?,and
if it really doesnt give me the results im Looking for then i’ll think about having my jaw shaved.will the atrophy of the masseter muscle from the bottox still allow me to be able to have my jaw line shaved in the future? and once i have bottox injected,with my jawline slimmed down, can i still have my under bite fixed by a maxillo oral surgen with out complications? does fixing under bite require a masseter that hasnt been injected with bottox? i have researched that the bottox works for many people,and when done properly is safe.the atrophy of the masseter does not give problems with things like chewing or bitting.

N.B the reduction of jawline is cosmetic.but the under bite is more of a medical thing,that can later result in problems if not fixed.under bite also causes stiff jaw and masseter.

i need professional advise please.no stupid comments.thanks

Is it possible that there is any low risk surgery to just even the facial skin tone. All I have is red cheeks. Seems like with the cosmetic surgery available these days anything is possible. Also lets say metaphorically any amount of money wasn’t a problem. Can it be done, like if paris hilton before she figured out her grandpa was charitable wanted it done.
